This policy explains what happens to information you give this website.

What we collect

Information you send us deliberately. If you use the case review form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about what happened — including the date and location of the incident.

Basic technical information. Like any website, this one is served by systems that record routine request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, financial account details, or medical records through this website.

What we do with it

Information you send through the case review form is used for one purpose: to evaluate whether this firm can help you, and to contact you about it.

We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not trade it. We do not send it to lead generators, case-buying services, marketing companies, or other law firms.

How the form actually works

The case review form posts directly to this website’s own server and is delivered by email to the firm’s inbox using a transactional email provider. There is no third-party form service sitting in the middle collecting a copy.

The form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam-prevention check. Turnstile is designed to work without tracking cookies and without building a profile of you.

Confidentiality, and its limits

We treat what you send as confidential prospective-client information.

But please understand the limit: until a written agreement is signed, information you send may not be protected by attorney–client privilege. That is a rule of law, not a choice we made. It is why the disclaimer asks you not to send confidential or sensitive material through the form.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers.

If that changes, this page will be updated in the same change that makes it true.

How long we keep it

Case review submissions are kept as part of the firm’s records. If you would like us to delete a submission, ask and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Parents and guardians of injured children are of course welcome to contact us on their child’s behalf.

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivery runs through the firm’s own systems rather than a third-party marketing platform. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
